Carla Lobato Magalhães
Partner and CEO of Prime
Carla Lobato Magalhães is a partner and CEO of Prime, where she leads the legal, consulting and advisory departments. An attorney since 2019, registered with OAB/MG under No. 200.018, she previously served as a Substitute Land Registrar and has experience in title analysis, registry procedures and land registry operations.
She is currently pursuing an MBA in Real Estate Development and Construction at FGV. Her work focuses on land subdivisions, real estate developments and property regularization, with attention to document organization and coordination of the steps required for each project.
